asissi squareCatherine works in the change business. That spans a wide range of circumstances, from major strategic change in large organisations – for profits, not for profits and governments – to small scale community empowerment projects.

Her model for change is based on grounded theory, close observation of and listening to the group most affected by the change – that might be employees, patients, students or citizens depending on the project. This information is then combined with knowledge of colour psychology, language and behaviour analysis and the experience of thirty years of working in a wide range of situations in over 80 countries.

Underpinning all of this work are three core principles:
– respect for others’ point of view
– the consideration that everything matters, solutions must reflect the whole picture not just one dimension
– nothing is sacred – just because it has always been that way doesn’t mean it has to stay like that

In 2015 Catherine published ‘Your True Colors’ on amazon and Kindle¬†and is now writing a book about women’s wisdom from around the world (see website for more info). She has spoken at various conferences including 100% Design (on healing through colour), B2B research, NGO strategy, Crowdsourcing Weekly and Marketing.
